About crazyskills.com...

It's about doing your own thing. It's about keeping that edge. We kicked off the project officially on Feb 10, 1999. Over 10 years ago now, believe it or not. One thing we hope will shine about the crazyskills network (including crazyskills.com, crazyskills.net, crazyskills.org and our various sister sites) is that you will see no ads on any aspect of it. We don't believe in ads here. We are not trying to profit from you in any direct sense. It's a sandbox, a batting cage. Crazyskills is a different sort of an experience. We're not selling anything. It is created for your enjoyment alone. We are certain you will find something here which interests you.

As far as legal things go, you are under no obligation whatsoever simply by visiting the site(s). If you were to sign something or buy something or enter into a contract around here, you would only do it willingly, but that opportunity will not arise just the same. As far as other legal sorts of things go:

The images here are shared with no implying that I own them. They are provided for your enjoyment and wherever possible, the owner of the images is credited.

The music files here on the radio stations are shared for the purposes of sharing my collection with you in such a was as I would if you visited me for the evening and we enjoyed a drink. The sound files are not available for download. If you were to find a way around my copy protection, that circumvention of the copying and downloading restrictions of the audio files is your own admission of guilt. As it is, you can stream audio from the radio stations at a low bitrate (but good sound quality) a few seconds at a time. And seriously, feel free to listen any time; but the point is not to distribute my mp3 collection.

That said, if you believe your image or audio file is here in a violation of what you would expect or hope or desire, just let us know. Again, OUR INTENTION IS NOT TO STEAL, COPY, DISTRIBUTE other peoples' properties.

All of this then said, there are some tracks on here which I own the rights to and will be making available for free download (free as in speech and free as in beer) at some point here in the near future.
